Head of Product - Drive Strategy & Innovation in a SaaS Environment

About the Role

This is a senior product leadership role responsible for defining the vision and strategy of the product portfolio. You'll lead a team of five and collaborate across engineering, growth, and customer success to drive product outcomes from ideation through to delivery and optimisation.

Skills & Experience

  • 9+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS or software
  • Proven experience leading high-performing product teams
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and product development lifecycles
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, including pricing and revenue strategy
  • Skilled at stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in customer research, data-driven decision making, and roadmap ownership
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field
