**About**the**Role**:
As our HRIS Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimising our People & Culture processes through digital tools, streamlining our internal culture survey analysis, and enhancing insights from surveys, onboarding, and exit interviews. This is an opportunity to bring your skills to a fast-paced environment and make a real impact. You will begin with training and handover at our East Tamaki office. Once training is complete, you will have the flexibility to work from either our East Tamaki or Penrose office for two days a week, with the remaining days worked remotely.
**Key**Responsibilities**:
- Optimise P&C processes using digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Copilot).
- Streamline our internal staff survey analysis process, delivering faster and more accurate insights.
- Plan, deliver, and analyse the 2025 internal staff surveys, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Review and enhance onboarding and exit interview processes to boost participation and insight quality.
- Collaborate with the P&C team to improve efficiency across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Uphold Vitaco’s values in all interactions, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
**About**You**:
- Proven experience with digital tools (Power BI, Microsoft Copilot).
- Ideally, have HRIS systems experience.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, psychology, information systems, or a related field is a plus.
