What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
- The HRIS Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders across the People Experience and Technology areas to configure, implement, and support the Workday HRIS. You’ll be managing administrative functions such as security and integrations, configuring business processes and working with functional experts to develop and test solutions. The role involves analysing current systems, identifying improvements, ensuring alignment with security governance, and maintaining documentation of system designs and business processes. The specialist will also define and manage a regular maintenance schedule, monitor system performance, and provide ongoing support and user training. Additionally, the role will focus on continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure optimal system usage.

About You | Mōu
- Your proven experience with Workday is key to your success in this role, and experience with of an HRIS implementation would be highly advantageous. You’ll have a working knowledge of HR functional areas and a strong knowledge of HR practices and HR technology to ensure the effective management of the platform. You’ll have a strong customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to think analytically, critically solve problems, and maintain a detail-oriented, quality-conscious approach. Effective planning, organizing, and multitasking skills are important, as is the ability to handle competing priorities and exercise sound judgment.
