That is why we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us identify and attract top-tier talent to join our growing team.

**The Role**

You will
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment plans.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Support our GM People & Capability in the implementation of a new HRIS software platform (ELMO).
- Provide reporting on recruitment costs and forecasted spend, including weekly and monthly reports to the GM People & Capability and wider business on current vacancies

**About you.**
- 3-5 years recruitment experience gained internally or in an agency environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of the New Zealand employment market and labour regulations is preferred.
- Exposure to performance management and setting KPI's.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. (preferred)
