This role brings together our newly established Enterprise Change and Benefits realisation functions to create a team that acts as our executive's trusted advisor on how to land change and become a benefits led organisation.

The Manager, Enterprise Change and Benefits is a role that will be the lynchpin to delivering on our promise to create better outcomes for tamariki and rangatahi in our care. Providing strategic advice to the executive, senior leaders and sponsors, this role will lead experts in change and benefits delivery to ensure that our investments can articulate a clear benefit which is aligned to our strategy and is delivered in a way that maximises their realisation.
It has never been more important for us to have clarity and visibility of the return we can expect from our investment in change and transformation initiatives. Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

**Key requirements of the role include**:

- Lead the Enterprise Change and Benefits team in working collaboratively across Oranga Tamariki to deliver cost effective value.
- Take leadership and responsibility for development of the Enterprise Change and benefits team culture, strategic direction, and values.
- Lead, influence and direct how Oranga Tamariki designs, matures, and monitors the enterprise change and benefits capability and competency across the organisation.
- Ensure that we have an appropriate benefits management strategy and frameworks in place and led the execution of these across the portfolio.
- Ensure the organisation has a feasible, viable and cohesive enterprise single view of change roadmap that is actively monitored to inform investment decisions, business planning, governance, operations, and successful initiative implementation.
- Ensure that the organisation is benefits led in its investments and that the executive have visibility of benefits across the portfolio.
- Assess any new work at pre-project stage for investment logic mapping, change impacts, forward scheduling, and estimated resourcing.
- Provide strategic leadership, guidance and advice to governance groups, SROs, and key stakeholders on Enterprise Change impacts.
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture

Oranga Tamariki offer an impartial remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure. Annual remuneration for this position starts between $169,753 and $211,191 dependent on experience.
