**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

As our Enterprise Change Delivery Lead, you'll be at the forefront of delivering strategic change initiatives that are inclusive, empathetic, and sustainable. You'll work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure change is not only implemented—but embraced. You will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide change initiatives aligned with AT's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

- Translate change frameworks into actionable, measurable plans using the ADKAR model.
- Partner with leaders and teams to co-design workshops, engagement activities, and feedback loops.
- Use data and insights to adapt delivery plans and overcome adoption barriers.
- Champion a human-centred approach to change that supports emotional, behavioural, and cultural shifts.
- Contribute to AT's Change Community of Practice and help lift change maturity across the organisation.

**Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?**

You'll bring a wealth of experience in leading business transformation, organisational design, or HR-led change initiatives. Your background includes a relevant degree in business, human resources, psychology, or behavioural sciences, with postgraduate qualifications and formal change management training being a strong advantage.

You're not only skilled in executing change strategies but also in designing inclusive, human-centred experiences that drive adoption and engagement. Your toolkit includes strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the emotional and cultural dynamics of change.

Experience in the public sector and familiarity with service design or Te Ao Māori would be highly valued, as would your ability to collaborate across diverse teams and navigate complex, adaptive environments with empathy and confidence.
