The Enterprise Solution Consultant Business provides our sales channels with deep expertise around pre-sales consulting to MYOB prospects, customers, & partners in relation to technical scoping and design of solutions across MYOB Advanced Business Products.
**Mō te tūnga - About the role**
The role is integral in helping MYOB Sales teams to succeed by establishing strong and positive relationships that understand and solve complex business and technical requirements. This newly built position joins the MYOB Enterprise Advanced Solution Leaders, ensuring that we are connected into sales conversations which drive value and benefit through industry insights, technical, and solution expertise. Working with the sales, implementation, and support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
**Key objectives include-**:
- Ability to deliver and own technical outcomes which support aligned sales teams and industries to achieve revenue and new site targets
- Maximising and expanding on processes and tools, that enable our pre-sales team to optimally present and gain technical closure across our Enterprise solutions
- Developing and building on the required documentation, industry canned product demonstrations, proposals, value models, and presentations which will enable you to present the end-to-end value proposition and technical benefits of our solutions
- Assisting with the development of collateral and training which helps our Business Development Managers (BDM’s) and sales teams to position the end-to-end ‘solution’
- Maintain product knowledge for the Enterprise suite of products to become a specialist on relevant Enterprise products.
**Ngā whakatinanatanga I te tūnga - What you'll bring to the role**:
- 5+ years pre-sales experience or post-sales experience in technology
- Vendor experience in ERP solution selling is required with supply chain, payroll or workforce management experience a bonus.
- Experience in a customer facing role, conducting training and/or presentations.
- Experience in MYOB Enterprise ERP product suite desirable but not essential
