We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our 18-month fixed term graduate program. Our program provides graduates with a platform to develop Supply Chain skills and knowledge with the potential to establish a meaningful, longstanding and deeply rewarding relationship with Delegat.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Gaining hands on experience at our Auckland Winery, where we bottle and ship our wine.
- Developing planning skills with our global markets team at brand new corporate office in central Auckland.
- Completing two vintages at our state-of-the-art winery in Marlborough, supporting the winemaking process from grape receival through to finished wine.
- Rotating through brief placements with other head office functions at our corporate office (Finance, People and Culture, Sales, and IT).

Throughout the 18-months you will be assigned defined learning objectives and you will receive regular performance and development coaching to support you in achieving these goals. In addition to this, you will also be assigned a mentor for support and guidance.
