**About the Program | Mō te tūranga**
The Fliway Graduate Program is a 2-year accelerated career development program that will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the Transport & Logistics 3PL industry. This rotational program will expose you to different departments within the company, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of our operations. You will work alongside industry experts, receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, and contribute to real-world projects that impact our business and clients.
**Responsibilities | Ngā tino mahi o te tūranga**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of Transport & Logistics operations.
- Analyse data and key performance indicators to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Assist in managing and coordinating shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Participate in projects related to supply chain management, inventory control, and freight forwarding.
- Engage with customers to understand their Transport & Logistics needs and provide excellent service.

- New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
- Based in Auckland
- Recent graduate with a tertiary qualification, Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Passion for the Transport/Logistics industry and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
