**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The purpose of this role is to provide change support for the HR change management team.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
Previous experience in HR (in the range of 3 years), and preferably in change requirements and delivery.
Previous government experience (desirable).
Experience at managing multiple activities and prioritising demands of a diverse range of stakeholders, in times of pressure and competing demands, preferably in large change programmes.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates willingness and ability to build constructive relationships with other teams to enable and assist with the delivery of work.
Demonstrates an understanding of change management with an ability to think ahead, use initiative, prioritise and deliver work on time to a required standard. Is well organised, able to meet deadlines with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
