As part of the wider Ratonga Tāngatat me te Wāhi Mahi |People and Workplace Services team, People Operations & Policy provides HR processes and services that support IR to perform effectively and provide advice to the organisation. They ensure key employment-related legislative requirements are met, risks are managed, and that all processes are fit for purpose and provide a great customer experience.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

We are looking for **two **Domain Specialist L2 | Senior HR Advisors with the ability to design and influence change and understand the rationale behind it. In this role you will ensure consistency across change plans and processes so that they meet organisation wide principles and priorities and support planning and resources - knowing what or who is required, and when. Whilst we are looking for people who have experience in change, it’s equally important that you have broad HR Generalist skills so you can contribute to the wider team.

**Mōu | About you**

You will be a curious and capable generalist with a good understanding of a range of HR functions and issues, and the ability and agility to turn your hand to pieces of work outside of change. To be successful you will also be:

- A strong team player who gets a kick out of seeing the customer succeed as a result of your interventions
- Confident in your decision making and the experience to know when you need to intervene
- An excellent relationship manager with experience working with various stakeholders, including unions
- Eager to learn, engage, muck in and deliver.
