Following an internal promotion, we have a great HR Administrator opportunity to develop your HR experience with an industry market leader.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide full administrative support to our fantastic People & Culture Team
- Managing and maintaining our systems
- Coordinating pre-employment, onboarding & offboarding processes
- Responding to HR queries and providing information to our employees
- Assisting with HR initiatives and projects
- Covering the reception front desk for breaks and leave.

- Exceptionally high attention to detail
- Strong professional service focus and with a genuine care for people
- Positive, motivated and highly organised
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage expectations and meet business deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Previous administration experience in a busy fast-moving environment (exposure to internal HR processes is desirable)
