**About the opportunity**:
Work within this busy Onehunga based commercial and domestic airconditioning and ventilation business. This role will look after core accounts and administration support and would suit someone looking for a part-time role with the work being flexible around school hours.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Coordinating the delivery of equipment and supplies
- Accounts payable
- Assisting with payroll and accounts
- General administration and office support
- Setup of jobs on the job management system
**This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Xero and Payroll (smartly or similar online payroll exp would be ideal)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
