Join our team as an Administration Officer and provide vital support to our Client Support Debt Management unit in Auckland Regional Office based in Ellerslie. It is an important role, delivering high quality, efficient and proactive administrative support to the Unit Managers and wider team.

About the role

You will provide a responsive and high-quality administrative support service to our Ellerslie management team and office function. Your well-organised approach and professionalism will allow our team to focus on delivering positive outcomes for stakeholders. There is lots of variety to keep you busy, so confidence using computer systems, technology and admin systems with ease will see you succeed. Administration officers have a wide range of responsibilities including:

- Providing efficient administrative support to the Ellerslie management team and office function
- Booking meetings, video conferences, flights, and accommodation
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Managing office supplies and expenditure
- Assisting with budgets and site invoices for budget manager authorization

Our teams are collaborative and supportive of one another. Manaaki tangata, Manaaki whānau.

What makes a good Administration Officer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency in word processing and keyboard skills
- Familiarity with file management and storage processes
- Proven experience in providing secretarial services or similar
