Our client is seeking an experienced individual to provide administrative and coordination support within their Whānau Centre.
As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all client details, enquiries and drop-in or self-referral visits are recorded in the system daily.
Your role will involve greeting whānau, clients and visitors with respect for their cultural identity and supporting other team members as required.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, experience in Microsoft Office, and strong written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as you will be responsible for maintaining database programmes.
