Office Administrator

Office administrator required for a small close-knit team in West Auckland.
Hours 5 hours per day = 25 hours per week
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Being the first point of contact
- General office administration including data input, scheduling jobs, stock control
- Health & safety coordination and administration
- Administration support for Director
- Highly computer literate
**We need the following skills and attributes**:
- Effective written and oral communication style
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a strong command of the English language
- Experience providing Office Administration support
- Strong Excel skills
- Proactive and energetic with a can-do attitude
- Able to see jobs through to completion
- Flexibility to adapt your working day to support colleagues
- Highly effective organizational skills
This role would suit an energetic and enthusiastic person with strong administration skills who enjoys working with people and is comfortable with autonomy. On the job training will be provided.
