**About the Role**
This is a hands-on role assisting and supporting the HR team with recruitment and HR administration.
You will join a diverse range of people in our people team including an apprentice development coach and a performance manager from a sports psychology background.
**Duties**:
- Onboarding new staff members
- maintaining personnel related data including birthdays and anniversaries
- coordinating training
- Adhoc HR admin
- Assisting with sustainability data gathering and putting together toolboxes
- Get involved with wider people projects as desired
**Experience and Skills required**:
You will have end to end recruitment experience, ideally in construction.
- You are keen to grow and make meaningful contributions to the business
- You enjoy working in a diverse fast paced environment
- You a driven self starter
- You'll be a real people person
We are open to different levels of experience, you may have mínimal experience and want to grow within a company or you may be an agency recruiter looking to move in house.
