**Senior Recruitment & HR Administrator | The Trusts**

**Who we are?**

The Trusts is made up of the Portage Licensing Trust (PLT) and Waitākere Licensing Trust (WLT) which have been given a mandate by community vote to sell alcohol through licenced retail stores and hospitality venues.

Currently we operate 22 West Liquor and speciality Village Wine & Spirits stores, 4 franchised Liquorlands, 8 Gastro Pubs and the Quality Hotel Lincoln Green in West Auckland.

**About the role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to join a great team on an exciting pathway to bring the best of HR to a varied, diverse and vibrant organisation.

The Senior Recruitment & HR Administrator is a new role and will play a big part in supporting our leaders and wider team across West Auckland.

**The responsibilities of the role also include but are not limited to**:

- Effectively supporting the end-to-end recruitment process including liaising with hiring managers, posting advertisements and ensuring pre-employment screening is completed
- Creating and managing the Trusts EVP (Employee Value Proposition)
- Administer all employment agreements and new employee related documentation
- Liaise with third party payroll provider with regards to payroll matters
- Provide administrative support to project work being undertaken by the HR team

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar level role
- Previous experience in Recruitment, EVP and HR Administration
- A good understanding of NZ Employment legislation
- Proficient in use of MS Office and HR/LMS Systems
- Takes a pro-active approach to their work
- Ability to effectively plan, organise and co-ordinate work
- Exceptional problem solving skills
