HR & Recruitment Administrator

Full time administration role with focus on recruitment and HR processes
- Based our of our Wellington office but working from home an option too
- Recruitment + retention + HR processes - variety and stimulating
Care on Call provides healthcare services, cares and supports to a variety of clients throughout NZ. Our HR recruitment team recruit 100's of support workers to provides these cares and we are seeking to add to our busy, collegial and fun team.
This role is full time business hours (Monday to Friday), and includes cool responsbilities such as:
- the recruitment process from advertising through to start with us (in house recruitment)
- loading adverts, managing paperwork, assiting applicants through the process
- HR support - sometimes this will be projects and/or having responsbility for retention activities, contract terms
- database management and data entry
- supporting audit
We are seeking someone with high attention to detail, recruitment / administration background and keen to be a jack of all for our business.
