We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that are passionate about providing a first-rate customer experience. This role requires someone who has exceptional communication skills and is great at conversing with a wide range of customers. You’ll strive to provide customers with a resolution and a positive experience.

In return you’ll be working in a friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth team with fantastic leaders. You will be given full training and will have ongoing assistance and support.

This is based in
**Albany** with great office facilities. The working hours during the week are 11:15am to 8:00pm or 11:45am to 8:30pm with a 45-minute lunch break, and working one weekend day required (8.30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm)

This is a temporary 3-month contract (with a possible extension) and is a great opportunity to gain experience in a corporate environment

**Your duties will include**:

- Talking with customers via inbound calls
- Helping customers with digital services like logging into apps or resetting passwords
- Managing customer information within privacy legislation and internal policies
- Validating information

**To be successful in this role you need**:

- Experience in customer service/administration, this can be in any customer facing role
- A confident and clear telephone manner
- Lots of patience
- Be comfortable using technology and using different systems.
