**Customer Service Representative | Howick Leisure Centre**
You will be joining our team in the Howick Leisure Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.
The shift:
One permanent part-time 10-hour position is available, with the possibility of picking up additional shifts.
You will need to be available for the shifts as follows:
Monday 3.30pm - 6.30pm
Wednesday 3.30pm - 6.30pm
Saturday 7.45am - 12.00pm
Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customer needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
