Our dedicated Healthcare Catering team are looking for reliable Office Administrator to join them delivering excellent service and high-quality food to our patients. Your efforts will support the Spotless team and business to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and achieve the business objectives of the organisation. This is a fixed term opportunity until the end of January 2025.

Additionally, the role involves handling cash and banking services, conducting weekly cleaning audits, and ensuring all work complies with contractual and Quality Assurance standards to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators for both the company and the customer. Adherence to Spotless company policies, including Quality Assurance and Occupational Health and Safety, is essential.

- Administration and Data Entry qualification desirable but not essential.
- Background in fast-paced telephone and administration roles, meeting daily deadlines, and managing high-volume tasks.
- Proficient in recording analysis, preparing correspondence, and conducting efficient research.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word being advantageous.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, including excellent spelling and grammar.
