We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Cloudy Bay team. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will provide day-to-day support to all levels of the organization to elevate the employee experience and support the business strategy through HR activities aligned to our people strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Helping build and maintain a strong organisational culture, as well as continuously improving the employee experience
- Leading the end-to-end process for the recruitment of Management positions
- Supporting the Senior HR Manager managing the annual performance (LVMH RISE Process) and talent review process (OMR)
- Supporting coordinating and conducting the on-site E&W Inductions twice a year for all CBV new joiners
- Supporting in the continuous professional development of employees by identifying individuals’ training needs, organising local training sessions and supporting the formalization of an annual training plan
- Being a key member of the CSR Committee. Implement our CSR Wellbeing & Inclusion strategy, programs and targets, building an inclusive community and promoting inclusive behaviour.
- Organising and improving the exchange of HR communication between the organisation, promoting knowledge of upcoming events and relevant information to all employees.
- Supporting the Senior HR Manager on project implementation

**Profile**:
In order to succeed in this position, you will have:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources required.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience working within a similar role.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and other HRIS systems
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Integrity and trust
