We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client on a permanent full-time basis to offer consultancy services to and to train and grow line managers and team leaders on People issues.

You will need to have experience in all aspects as an HR Generalist and be able to operate confidently at an HRBP level, including a strong background in ER and confidently supporting the business on other internal HR processes.

You will need to have a proven track record of building strong relationships with your stakeholders and providing HR advice to your people. Written and verbal communication is essential, including the ability to document the details and outcome of internal processes clearly and concisely. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing end to end HR Process across all areas of HR, including ER, Workforce planning, coaching and competency development
- Supporting the business with general HR enquiries from managers and people leaders on HR processes/policies and Collective Agreement Managing and supporting workplace ER investigation and disciplinaries activities
- Partner with the business to develop competencies and capabilities within the portfolio
- Ability to work as a dynamic individual who is ready to tackle all facets of challenges presented

In addition to the above you will have:

- Personable, hardworking and flexible attitude 3-5 years in a Senior HR Advisor / HRBP role
- Confidence in working at senior level, being a true partner to develop the capability across the portfolio
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in dealing with people Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Strong MS Office skills
