**Your Impactful Role**:
As an **HR Business Partner**, you'll be at the forefront of supporting leaders and frontliners alike, ensuring the best possible service through successful capability practices. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing effective HR operational support, including talent and succession planning, performance management, and enhancing team experience.
- Building leadership capability through coaching, advising, and facilitating relevant leadership development content.
- Developing credibility with leaders for effective stakeholder engagement.

**Requirements for Success**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources - preferred but not essential.
- Confidence to influence, communicate, and build relationships.
- Operational environment experience, ideally in services, sales, or operations functions.
- Minimum 1 year experience working at a HR Business Partner level
- Ability to operate at various levels, executing strategy with a calm and considered approach.
