**The opportunity**:
- As a Sustainability Specialist, you will support and implement KPMG’s internal sustainability work programme, ensuring alignment with both local and global sustainability commitments.

**Day to day you will**:
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to embed sustainability considerations into KPMG’s overall strategy and operations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation and any external providers to monitor and communicate KPMG’s sustainability performance.
- Support KPMG’s external sustainability reporting, preparing reports in alignment with local and global sustainability commitments.
- Contribute to embedding climate-related risks and opportunities across business functions.
- Oversee the management and continuous improvement of KPMG’s GHG emissions inventory.
- Analyse GHG emissions data to identify initiatives that drive progress towards KPMG’s GHG reduction targets and inform decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainability initiatives that reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions or support other sustainability outcomes.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance KPMG’s sustainability performance.

**About you**:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a sustainability role.
- Holds a relevant tertiary qualification in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inform various audiences.
- Experience in GHG accounting and reporting is preferred.
- Proactive, passionate, and committed to continuous improvement in sustainability outcomes.
