We’re looking for a Finance & Insurance Consultant to compliment our experienced and successful New & Used Vehicle Sales departments at our Wellington Branch for both our Toyota and Lexus Brands.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

- Meeting with all customers at the point of sale, carrying out the appropriate sales and finance documentation.- Looking after all customers finance enquiries- Offering and promoting to all customers the full range of Toyota Financial Services products- Achieving or preferably exceeding budgeted targets- Always meeting deadlinesThe successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- Experience in sales in advantageous but not crucial- Accuracy and quality focused- Demonstrates excellent initiative and ability to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone manner- Competency with numbers and dealing with a large number of documents- Good networking skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of customers- Self-motivated and able to make the role your own with a desire for professional development and advancement within the company- Experience as a Business Manager or Finance & Insurance consultant is desirableOn Offer:

- Competitive remuneration package (Potential earnings of $155,000 P/A made up of a base salary of $65,000 + Commission).- Guaranteed 40 hours a week- Drive car with a monthly fuel allowance- Staff discounts & opportunities for career development- Ongoing training and development in conjunction with Toyota New Zealand- A friendly, supportive, and fun team environmentSaturday work is required, however we run a fair rotating roster.
