**The job description brief**

The role is typical of a quality Finance and Insurance sales role, achieving high levels of finance and insurance penetration for the dealership.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

- Meet and achieve set monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets and KPI’s
- Track, monitor, and report on finance and insurance monthly performance
- Promptly follow up all assigned sales leads
- Promote and administer all new insurance, Mechanical Breakdown, Guaranteed Asset Protection, Payment Protection, and Motor Vehicle Insurances
- Handle all vehicle payment transactions
- Ensure that all documentation is signed off, and that all CRM and other DMS are updated
- Proactively assist to generate finance and insurance leads
- Build relationships and liaise with lenders and customers
- Ensure compliance with all lending, insurance, and CGA legislations
- Comply with Anti Money Laundering requirements

**The skills sought**

Applicants should either already be selling finance and insurance related products in a retail motor industry dealership, have previously sold F&I, or currently be in a position where they have a strong understanding of the role.
