**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our Partner Channel - Service Delivery team as a Personal Insurance Consultant on a 12 month fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an insurance professional to hone their customer service and underwriting skills in a fresh-thinking workplace.

Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for:

- Responding to customer calls and enquiries within agreed timeframes, assessing their needs, and giving options and solutions.
- Actioning policy renewals and updating terms as appropriate.
- Managing customer and policy amendments throughout the policy lifecycle.

**Skills & Experience**

This role is ideal for an insurance professional who is proactive, a strong team player, and has a genuine desire to engage with customers and deliver excellent service. To be successful in this role you ideally will have:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in insurance.
- A strong understanding of underwriting principles & the ability to communicate them effectively to others.
- A proven track record of exemplary customer service.
- Willingness to work effectively with our awesome team and contribute to team goals.
