We’re looking for a Finance & Insurance Consultant to complement our experienced and successful New and Used Vehicle Sales department at our Wellington Branch for both our Toyota and Lexus brands.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

- Meeting with all customers at the point of sale, carrying out the appropriate sales and finance documentation.
- Looking after all customers finance enquiries
- Offering and promoting to all customers the full range of finance, insurance and after sales products
- Achieving or preferably exceeding budgeted targets
- Always meeting deadlines

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- Experience in sales is valuable but not crucial
- Accuracy and quality focused
- Demonstrates excellent initiative and ability to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone manner
- Competency with numbers and dealing with a large number of documents
- Good networking skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of customers
- Self-motivated and able to make the role your own with a desire for professional development and advancement within the company

With four other dealerships within our group, we ensure support is provided internally by our Vehicle Sales Managers and existing Finance & Insurance Consultants. You will also receive external training through Toyota Financial Services.

We offer a competitive remuneration package including a company vehicle.

Saturday work is required, however we run a fair rotating roster.
