**What will you be doing?**

Tower's Finance team is undergoing an exciting transformation — streamlining processes, embracing new technologies, and delivering sharper financial insights that drive commercial value.

As our Finance Transformation Analyst, you'll be at the heart of this change, leading process improvements and managing key finance systems, including the Oracle suite.

**You can expect to be across the following**:

- Lead the Transformation and Process Excellence program for Tower Finance
- Support Initiatives being carried out by other parts of the business that have a downstream impact on Finance systems and processes
- Maintain focus on customer in everything that we do, enabling greater customer service using improved technology and processes.
- Be the Product Owner across for Oracle, ensuring maximum benefit to Tower from its continued investment in the Oracle suite of tools

**What you'll need**

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Good understanding of Financial Systems (ideally Oracle suite of products) and Processes, including procure to pay, general ledger, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience with integrations beneficial.
- Absolute drive / motivation to improve existing processes across Tower Finance function, including the ability to influence others, drive change in behaviours and attitude towards change.
- Experience using AGILE (or similar) ways of working.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to clearly communicate across all levels of business (from requisitioners to ELT).
- CA or equivalent qualification preferred, though not essential
