**About the role**
Working in tandem with the advisor, you will support the overall delivery of personal insurance advice. As part of a team of two, you will be located in house with one of the major referral streams, managing new leads and the existing database. The office has a genuine buzz and there are few roles in the market quite like this one.
- Support the advisor with new and existing business
- Source and consolidate documents
- Correspond efficiently with advisor, client and insurer
- Manage the database and CRM
**Skills & Experience**
- Current NZ Life & Health experience
- Experience supporting an insurance advisor very desirable
- A great can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Highly organised and strong written/verbal skills
**About the company**
Operating out of Newmarket and catering for all Aucklanders, the team has seen fantastic growth since inception only a few years ago, providing advice on all personal insurance, across a wide variety of products, ensuring that the outcome is tailored to their client's exact requirements. They have very strong ties with a huge referral stream, including a major mortgage brokerage, and a solid infrastructure is in place to ensure a top-class service is delivered time and time again.
