Carters is one of New Zealand's leading brands in the building trade for over 150 years with 50 branches and 9 manufacturing plants throughout New Zealand. The recruitment team play an important role in the success of the business by hiring the best people and ensuring that our teams are fully staffed to strive and provide the best service to our customers - we all work together to make this happen.

This is a key role supporting the trade roles within our branches nationally. Recruiting predominately waged staff. These roles include yardpeople, forklift operators, customer service representatives, Hiab drivers.

**Responsibilities**
- End to end recruitment of trade-based roles within our branches nationwide
- Reporting on vacancy levels in your portfolio
- Contributing to improvement initiatives for Recruitment and the wider HR team
- Keeping your hiring managers informed, supported, and delighted with your service.
- Having fun

**Skills Required**:

- Prior experience in recruitment - agency or internal
- Ability to work on multiple roles at a fast pace.
- Exposure to Talent Management or other large information systems
- A genuine love of people and a good process
- A continuous improvement mindset.
