We're seeking an experienced Service and Warranty Advisor to support our specialist team. This is a rare opportunity to work with a prestigious brand in a role that requires flexibility and attention to detail.

You'll be responsible for accurately preparing, submitting , and reconciling warranty claims while assisting service advisors. A strong focus on customer service excellence is essential.

You will need to:

  • Have excellent time management skills to ensure that warranty claims are submitted in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines

  • Have a close attention to detail in preparing invoices, warranty claims and managing recalls

  • Have a strong administration and customer service background

  • Have the ability to work autonomously

  • Be very proficient preparing power-point presentations and inserting audiovisual elements.

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a related role

  • A minimum of one year experience as a Service Advisor

  • A genuine passion for ensuring excellence in customer service

  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Ability to demonstrate proven technical ability

  • Strong computer skills are a necessity

  • Autoline experience would be advantageous
