Reporting to the Head of People & Safety - New Zealand, you will support lead the delivery of effective HR business partner support within Operations and work collaboratively within the HR team to support the overall delivery of HR support within Ryman. Key responsibilities include: - Providing coaching, feedback and support to the HR team and developing their skills and experience in HR business partnering - Working collaboratively within the HR team to support the overall delivery of HR support within Ryman - Developing and maintaining effective relationships with senior managers in Operations. - Ensuring that HR issues are proactively dealt with whilst adhering to best practice methods - Supporting and providing advice to managers and the HR Advisors on high volume employment relations matters - Leading the annual pay and employment terms review process - Assisting in the development, improvement and maintenance of policies and procedures. - Leading a variety of projects to ensure we have a highly engaged workforce. **What's in it for you?** At Ryman we have ambitions to lead the industry at a global level.
