We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Group HR Manager to lead our nationwide unction and drive continuous improvement across a high-risk, dynamic environment. This role will be based in Christchurch, with regular national travel.

About the Role

As Group HR Manager, you'll lead the Human Resources function across our national operations. You'll drive strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance, oversee payroll while fostering a culture of safety, performance, and inclusion. This is a key leadership role with influence across all levels of the business. Coach and develop direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals across recruitment, L&D, payroll and H&S.
  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industrial relations.
  • Partner with senior leaders to support organisational change and growth.
  • Oversee HR systems, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
