Are you passionate about supporting people, building strong workplace culture, and helping a business grow? We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Advisor to join our team and play a key role in shaping our employee experience.

About the Role

In this hands-on, generalist HR role, you'll support our leadership team across the full employee lifecycle. No two days will be the same — from recruitment and onboarding to performance, wellbeing, training and development, and supporting managers with best-practice people processes.

You will be the go-to person for staff and leaders, helping ensure our workplace is safe, positive, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Support managers with HR advice and best-practice guidance
  • Maintain HR systems, records, policies, and documentation
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives
  • Support performance reviews and capability development
  • Assist with health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Contribute to HR projects, culture programmes, and process improvements

About You

  • Keen to improve processes and introduce great people initiatives
  • Experienced in HR, recruitment, or people-focused roles
  • Knowledgeable about NZ employment legislation
