**The Opportunity**
We’re seeking a proactive Senior Executive Assistant to our Chief Executive of the Animal Management division who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to become a trusted partner to our Chief Executive. In this critical role, you’ll manage complex schedules, anticipate the CE’s needs, and offer valuable insights and support across multiple business initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is pragmatic, flexible, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CE’s complex schedule, correspondence, and extensive travel plans with attention to detail
- Develop a deep understanding of the CE’s priorities and business activities to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Act as a thought partner, flagging potential challenges and proposing solutions
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence for Board-level meetings
- Coordinate key events and executive offsites
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
**The Fit**
We’re looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who is detail-oriented, flexible, and thrives in a high-pressure environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
- Critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and other productivity tools
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building a deep understanding of a dynamic business and the diverse initiatives the CE is driving. You will be pragmatic, flexible and difficult to fluster, and you thrive on bringing order to unstructured environments.
