**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Work directly with clients and the internal team to finalise kitchen designs that are both beautiful and functional.
- Recommend colours, finishes, appliances, and layout solutions tailored to client needs.
- Use and adapt to design and manufacturing software, including **Polyboard, AlphaCAM, SketchUp Pro** - with openness to learning new tools such as **Cabinet Vision**.
- Prepare accurate material lists, cutting schedules, and shop drawings for production.
- Order materials and components from suppliers, track inventory, and maintain clear records of what’s ordered, used, and on hand.
- Efficiently programme cutting plans to maximise offcut usage and reduce material waste.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and installation of projects.
- Participate in internal meetings with the Production Manager, Sales Manager, Finance, and Director to align on timelines, costs, and resourcing.
- Stay up to date with kitchen industry trends and suggest improvements or new ideas.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in kitchen design (New Zealand experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of kitchen design and production processes.
- Proficiency or working familiarity with **Polyboard, AlphaCAM, SketchUp Pro** (Cabinet Vision knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a great team player.
