**The Role**:
Reporting to the Safety and Sustainability Manager, we are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Coordinator to join our team. This role is **part-time for 20 hours per week and fixed term until December 2025**.

This role supports the delivery of Vitaco’s Planet strategy by offering guidance, conducting research, and assisting with the administration of various sustainability initiatives. It plays a key part in integrating sustainable practices, engaging stakeholders, supporting reporting processes, and helps to embed sustainable practices across Vitaco.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line advice and administrative support to the Sustainability function.
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of Vitaco’s Planet strategy.
- Undertake research into programs and providers, gather data and insights, and assist with monitoring sustainability performance.
- Contribute to embedding sustainable practices across Vitaco.
- Support stakeholder engagement, reporting, and communication efforts related to sustainability initiatives.
- Develop and maintain visual trackers to monitor the Vitaco’s carbon footprint quarterly.

**What you will bring**:

- 3 years or more experience in a Sustainability Coordinator position
- Experience working in the FMCG or a Manufacturing industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Experience with sustainability audits and surveys
