**About the position...**
- Scheduling and CTS for all Brewery planned maintenance work.
- Optimisation of the Planned Maintenance improvement (PDCA) cycle.
- Systematic Planned Maintenance and Inventory Management processes.
- Capability development for Planners and Inventory Data Specialist.
- Leading/ driving GTF TPM improvement plans to meet Line Performance targets.
- Delivering of Asset Care roadmap and standards (HACs, SPM) to HEINEKEN standards.
- R&M investment (budget setting) and compliance to agreed budget.

**About you...**
- NZCE or Advanced Trade Certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical (Level 4), or preferably:

- University Bachelor’s degree (Level 7)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver business results.
- 3-5 years Maintenance and Operations experience, preferably in Brewing/FMCG industry.
- 2 years Maintenance planning/scheduling experience (2 years minimum foundation level) and/or as a Spare Parts Coordinator/Manager.
- Knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems.
- Continuous improvement in FMCG Operations/Maintenance, DB Breweries
- Good knowledge of Maintenance, Engineering, Supply and Inventory management processes..
- Ability to Coordinate Service/ Engineering suppliers.
- Ability to coordinate between multiple departments to deliver results for workflow management, supply and inventory management.
