Full Job Description

**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Lead/Senior Network Engineer, you will be a key member of the group. Your goal will be to ensure customers are provided with exceptional service in the delivery of network-based solutions as well as meeting the demands of any proactive or reactive network-related incidents. You will have a high level of expertise across network and security technologies like Fortinet Firewall, EMS/FortiClient, and further Fortinet fabric skills.

**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- Highly developed people skills: Manage with empathy and look after each team member’s personal development.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written): Build strong working relationships with our client base, other service providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong Fortinet Firewall, EMS/FortiClient, and further Fortinet fabric skills.
- 5+ years’ hands-on Enterprise Networking: Design/Implementation/Support of Switching, Routers, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, WAN, LAN, and VPNs.
- Attention to detail & planning capability for small project work.

**Bonus points**:

- Wider Fortinet fabric skills.
- Network Security.
- MikroTik.
- Juniper.
- 3CX / VOIP.
- Currently employed in (or significant experience working) for an MSP.
