**TTM Network Manager**

Auckland System Management (ASM) is an alliance between Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, Fulton Hogan and HEB Construction. ASM is responsible for maintenance and renewals of the physical infrastructure and technology, and the provision of operational services that run Auckland's state highway network.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a high calibre, experienced TTM Network Manager to lead the ASM Network TTM Operations and drive the safe and efficient management of our TTM capability. You will be responsible for setting and executing strategic plan objectives for traffic management across our network, whilst ensuring we maintain a customer centric focus delivering excellence.

Your experience will set a clear direction to ensure we meet an optimal level of service on our network and ensure the right outcomes are achieved for the ASM alliance. As you will be joining a future focused team, you will mentor and develop your team, proactively sharing information and knowledge to drive excellence.

**Your Role**

Reporting to our Delivery Excellence Lead, you will consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding project requirements, utilisation and resourcing requests. You will ensure all TTM operations and services on our network are delivered to a high standard. You will also identify areas where processes and procedures need improvement and contribute to the robust development of these. Above all, you will foster a culture based on safety, innovation, learning, collaboration and high performance.

**Key Skills and Attributes**
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager role or similar
- Commercial acumen and a sound understanding of business practices
- Sound planning, budgeting and analytical skills
- Highly organised and motivated
- Clear understanding of internal and external customer needs and dedicated to meeting their requirements
- Change Agility: Foster creativity, managing individuals and teams, knowing how to move ideas through the organisation and executing change initiatives
- Ability to implement a positive safety culture through good process and leading by example
- TTM experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Practical understanding of risk management
- Able to lead and influence teams
- Ability to coach and mentor staff to reach their optimum level
