Primary Connect+ is our retailer-agnostic, technology-driven commercial business within Primary Connect. Our team works together to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions for more than 1,300 food and retail customers.
New Zealand Grocery Wholesale (NZGW) provides Wholesale Supply selling groceries, health and beauty products, household items, and pet and baby supplies to other retailers.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
- Support end-to-end Wholesale supply chain, overseeing daily planning and execution of replenishment and supply operations.
- Manage the Wholesale supply chain across all parts of the Woolworths business and contracted 3PLs to ensure that Wholesale/B2B customers are provided the service to the agreed levels within the contract.
- Support the design and delivery of the wholesale distribution network, collaborating with relevant Supply Chain teams.
- Partner and Collaborate with Primary Connect DC and transport teams, the NZGW Commercial team, Wholesale customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and provide long-term solutions for customer supply and delivery issues.
- Identify network improvement opportunities. Support the Network Development Manager and BDM team to ensure optimized solutions in large tenders and RFPs and take the lead on smaller or assigned RFPs and RFQs.
- Collaborate with carriers and the Network Development Manager to develop optimized network solutions to improve supply chain efficiencies and costs.
- Perform data analysis and cost modeling to provide insight, leading on RFPs/RFQs and Tenders, and collaborating with carriers to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure new transport solutions are well documented and continually reviewed to achieve targeted service and financial results.
- Record and maintain existing carrier contracts, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and support renewals and new contract negotiations.
- Measure and maintain Carrier Fleet Requirements in-line with WWNZ Fleet Specifications, reporting results and findings to the Network Development Manager.
- Attend Carrier Audits, align with H&S, and provide detailed overviews to the Network Development Manager on recommended action.
- Assist the Network Development Manager to plan and deliver strategic initiatives that will deliver on key objectives.

- Logistics / Supply Chain / Freight forwarding / Warehouse experience
- Experience managing external business partners and service providers
- Effective problem solving skills coupled with a strong ability to digest data into meaningful solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence a diverse stakeholder group
- Excellent planning, and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Strategic thinking and continuous improvement
- Commercial and analytical acumen
