Care on Call (NZ) Limited has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Flexible Support Unit. This unit is responsible for the support and empowerment of disabled people and their families to have more say in the type of cares received and how they will be delivered.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Working to empower and support clients in using their flexible supports budgets to improve life outcomes.
- Assisting clients with the financial aspects of their cares.
- Maintaining accurate documentation for reporting purposes.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have the key characteristics of**:

- Being a self-starter with initiative and drive.
- A genuine willingness to advocate for and work with a diverse range of clients.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and trusting relationships.
- A commitment to a team environment shown by a willingness to pitch in and lend a hand.
- The ability to stay on task and ensure outcomes are reached within time frames set.
- Accuracy in data entry and the efficient management of resources.
