**Job Description**:
Toll Global Forwarding NZ are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator, responsible for delivering high quality customer service to support our growth and Toll’s customer experience. This role is will deliver high-quality customer service to drive customer satisfaction, customer retention and through that overall business success.

Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.- Support account management and transaction processing.- Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback and other requests.- Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues as defined by customer agreement and relevant processes.

About you:
- 3-4 years experience in freight forwarding customer service and/or import operations.- Natural teamwork focus and ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.- CW1 experience highly desirable.
