**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Financial Administrator you will provide financial and general administration support to the Contract Manager. This is a site based role, working from Monday to Friday, and we offer flexible working arrangement including working from home. Your main duties will include:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the contract
- Assist with accounts duties, including raising purchase orders, processing reimbursements and invoices
- Assist with financial reporting
- Process weekly timesheets in the payroll system
- Process claim information in the RAMM system
- Other general administration tasks

**ABOUT YOU**
- Office or financial administration experience
- Experience in construction would be advantageous
- Intermediate (to advanced) level in the Microsoft
- Ability the learn and use different systems (accounting, HR, RAMM etc.)
- Good communication skills
