**Role Description**:
As a Bookkeeper at Home Review, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and collaborating with our accountants. Your responsibilities will include handling payroll and ensuring our financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Proficiency with Xero and Smartly software is a must for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage financial records and transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with our accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Process and handle payroll efficiently.
- Utilise Xero and Smartly software proficiently to manage financial data.
- Provide administrative support, including sales admin tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Xero and Smartly.
- Familiarity with New Zealand financial regulations and practices.
- Sales admin experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
**Working Hours**:
This is a part-time role requiring 10-20 hours per week initially, with potential for growth based on performance and business needs.
