BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MANAGERS:
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Administration Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operational, administrative, and financial activities within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organisational and leadership skills who can ensure business efficiency, policy compliance, and smooth coordination between departments. As a key part of our management team, you will lead business planning, financial monitoring, human resources coordination, and ensure alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
General Administrative & Managerial Duties
•Plan, organise, direct, and coordinate administrative, financial, and operational functions.
•Develop, implement, and monitor business policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
•Provide expert advice to senior management on organisational, financial, and operational matters.
•Manage compliance with company regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
•Oversee the performance, training, and development of administrative staff.
•Represent the organisation in meetings, negotiations, and external partnerships.
Finance & Bond Management
•Oversee bond checking (Area of Use / Bond on Hold / RCM information).
•Manage bond refunds and ensure accurate payments to customer accounts.
•Review and resolve "Bond on Hold" cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., JW
•Prepare and process the Daily Refund List and ensure all refunds are actioned promptly.
•Reconcile and verify payments received via bank accounts and trade partners.
•Manage remittances, confirm payments with Accounts, and apply them in RCM.
•Identify and resolve double payments or unallocated transactions.
•Prepare financial and operational reports, including:
Balance Due Report
Bond Refund Report
Bond on Hold Report
New Booking Report (Daily)
Extra Fee Report
Customer & Operational Support
•Manage company inboxes (Campervan Village and Wicked Campers) for:
•Complaints resolution
•Refund requests for accessories, fuel, or lost time
•Vehicle incident management
•Bond refund inquiries
•Ensure timely communication and effective resolution of customer and partner issues.
Fleet & Inventory Coordination
•Oversee fleet management, including relocation listings and updates on third-party platforms and internal spreadsheets.
•Maintain the RCM Rest Sheet, ensuring vehicle allocation accuracy.
•Conduct bedding stock control, perform stock takes, and place new orders when required.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
•Prepare the Operator Sales Report and monthly commission reports.
•Generate performance metrics and support data-driven business decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Minimum of 1 - 1and half years' experience in business administration or operations management.
•Strong financial acumen and experience in reconciliations, reporting, and process optimisation.
•Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
•Strong communication and leadership skills.
•Experience with RCM or similar management systems is highly desirable.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
