**_Te mahi / The Role_**

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to recognise your digital skills and experience, stepping up to lead a team of talented Product Leads, Systems Specialists and Support Analysts that deliver services across the University wide portfolio of existing systems - both on premise and cloud-based services.

The portfolio of enterprise systems is broad and diverse reflecting with the complexity of the University, so you will be the type of person that enjoys variety and can comfortably manage a range of different work streams.

A true leader, you will empower your teams to take a client focused approach to the way we deliver systems to our university clients. You will be the champion of product led principles and ensure that the teams are delivering fit-for-purpose, continuously improving, well road-mapped, secure and financially efficient systems.

**_Kā pūkeka me kā wheako / Skills and experience_**

Ideally, you should be comfortable blending the lines between a technology practitioner, a strong client focus advocate, and a great leader of people. Your team covers a broad range of technology, so previous experience in supervising technical teams will be important in this role.

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and value chains will be key in helping you to manage the support, enhancements and improvements of software and SaaS systems across the enterprise.

Experience managing in a complex enterprise systems environment where strategic challenges exist to define, refine and position the portfolio of systems for the future will put you in good contention for this role.

This is a permanent, full-time (1.0FTE) position.
